Decentralized Analytics Tools
Usage and telemetry analysis without one party owning all the data.
No analytics feature exists, and there is no telemetry. Hosts report signed observations to their own control plane only; unmeasured values are shown as NOT MEASURED rather than estimated.
What decentralization means for analytics specifically
Standard web analytics (Google Analytics) send every visitor's behavior to one company, which sees aggregate data across the entire web, not just your site. Privacy-focused alternatives (Plausible, Fathom) at least keep analytics siloed per-site, but still centralize your own site's data with one vendor. A genuinely decentralized analytics model would need each data point verified and aggregated without any single party holding the raw underlying data -- a much harder, less-solved problem, with few mature real-world implementations.
