Decentralized Oracle Tools
Getting real-world data onto a blockchain via multiple independent reporters instead of one trusted feed.
No oracle functionality exists in Decentralized.Host.
Why oracles exist at all
Blockchains can't natively see the outside world -- a smart contract can't directly ask "what's the current ETH/USD price" or "did this flight land on time." An oracle bridges that gap by bringing external data on-chain, and a decentralized oracle (Chainlink is the dominant example) does this via multiple independent node operators reporting the same data, with the result aggregated (often a median) so no single reporter can manipulate the feed -- important because a bad price feed has directly caused real, large exploits in DeFi history when a single trusted source was compromised or manipulated.
